I use this Company 3 times in the last 3 months so far I give them a B+ over all. The long distance move was really smooth the packing had a hiccup several trips for materials no ones fault just alot. But everything made it safe I will refer.

I booked this moving company and they never showed up on time. I called Ale who booked my moving. He also called day before to confirm but they never showed up. When I called them, they didn’t pick up and after several calls cancelled my calls. Ale is the worst person to work with. Moving is an important part for family and when companies like this do such act, this is absolutely rediculous. I will be reporting this to office of Attorney general. I choose them based on reviews but it seems like reviews are fake and given by friends and family.

They never showed up to move us!! Then they wouldn't answer the phone or call us back. We had to rent a u-haul last minute and spend the whole day/night moving ourselves! Do not use these people. Keep looking.

We hired this company to help my mom move from Springdale to Fayetteville. They were supposed to be at my moms house at 8:30AM this morning and have not shown up. It is now 12PM. No one will answer the phone, & no call back. My mom has two kids living with her and a husband who had cancer who is not able to help move because he has no strength. My mom has to be out of her property by 5PM tonight!!! Who does this?! How can you call this a company?! This is by far the worst experience. I’m three hours away doing my best to get there as fast as we can to help my mom. Terrible terrible service. NEVER TRUST THIS COMPANY!
