Do not use. Recent out of state move resulted in so many damaged items. Delay in settlement resulted in having to use storage fir two weeks. They blamed a lot of the damage on that but they are a moving and storage company. The repair company they sent caused further damage. Don’t let their great sales people fool you like they did me. I really thought they cared until I saw all the damage. Even special packed items I paid extra for delivered damaged. I’m still dealing with repairs four months later. I do not recommend.

I want to let everyone know just how highly I think of Winter Moving and Storage, it was a pleasure to work with them, and they performed a miracle for me. I had another company scheduled to move my dad’s furniture from his assisted living apartment, but they canceled on the morning of the pickup. I called John, and I am so thankful I did. He and Nathan put together a team in less than 24 hours and got my dad’s stuff loaded right away. Rod and Ronny were our movers, and they were exceptional. They showed up on time, worked fast and thoroughly, and were patient with the coronavirus rules at the home. More than anything, they were polite and kind to my dad, who struggles with Alzheimer’s disease. From top to bottom, this is an operation that is professional, kind, and hard working. Thank you Winter, y’all are a true class act!

This company is the worst. They will tell you what you want hear and then do not follow through. The movers argue, smoke and chew a lot, stand around and gossip, and rush, which causes much damage to walls, furniture, and items. They judge you by your items value and pack it poorly if they believe its not valuable. Management surely doesnt know what is going on at the home. We dont believe the tip is fairly distributed either.

This was the first moving company that I personally paid for. I called several places to get quotes and check reviews. These people had very good reviews and were able to schedule me with only 2 weeks notice.nnJulio and his team arrived at exactly 9 am and had to go through this process. He was professional and good. After the paperwork was completed, they checked each room and asked what was being loaded.nnThen he worked quickly and fiercely. They drove us in 8 hours including driving time. I spent close to $ 2K with 20% tip B.C. They did not even take leave for food or water, while I asked. The best money I ever spent and happy to give them a great tip. I would highly recommend them to everyone !!!!!
