This place is amazing, and Erin is amazing! From the very first time I called for price quotes, to yesterday when I called to let them know I wasn’t getting the quoted price and then asked if my son can practice his drums in the storage, these people have been amazing. They were literally thrilled to allow my son the opportunity to have a place to practice his drums now that I’ve gone through a divorce and don’t have a good place for him to practice anymore. You don’t know how much this means to us. Erin assisted me and was so nice and helpful. I couldn’t be happier with being a customer to them. Keep it up A1!

I was so impressed by how clean the unit was prior to me needing it! Not to mention the promotion they had going (still may) and on top of that, provided a lock/key for it. I was shown how to use the key pad for entry and exit, as well as where my unit was located. The best and friendliest storage business I've set foot in!

What great customer service they have at A-1 Storage!!! Both Jennifer and David made the process easy and we’re a pleasure to be around. The unit I am renting is exactly what I reserved over the phone. Would highly recommend to anyone in need of storage in the Bentonville area!!!

My experience so far hasn't been great. I rented a truck to move my belongings to the storage unit instead of my new home but when I got there my code didn't work. I kept the truck overnight and returned the next morning to find a sign hanging in the window that they would be closed that day. So I had to put the items in the garage at the new house. Basically I have a storage unit for no reason now and my belongings are not where I wanted them. Staff has been polite.

If you are looking for storage space, this is definitely the place to go. Erin, the site manager, always ensures that I have any and everything my family needs while leasing space here. I would give her 10 stars!!
