Tommy was very knowledgeable about the mattress products they offer. We made our selection and he asked questions to make sure we would be satisfied with our choice. From our responses he felt confident we had thought through our choice from every viewpoint. He suggested some great items to use our store credit on, which we followed his advice. Very straight forward, up front and knowledgeable staff! Can’t wait to get our product faster with Mattress Firm than any other store in the area!
We had a pleasant experience getting our new bed from here. There’s plenty on the showroom floor to narrow down what you want.nnThe delivery was next day and went smoothly overall. I will say I don’t appreciate the delivery men not wearing mask in my house.nnWe purchased our bed over three months ago and still very happy with the decision we went with. Overall, great experience.
Tom, went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I was looking for and more! He was very knowledgeable and patient with me. He also took the time to price out multiple bundles, so that I could make sure it fit within my budget. I highly recommend Mattress Firm in Rodgers, AR. You will not be disappointed.
Okay my mother needed a new bed. She went on her own. She dragged me into the store to get me a new bed as well. She financed it and I have better credit score than her. So I had them try to use my credit and put both bed's on one ticket, mine. Now granted I don't have a lot of money but my credit was good enough to get approved for $45,000 worth of solar panels but somehow I wasn't approved for around $5,000 in beds.???....really?!!! I had to pay cash for mine. I decided to cancel mine, cause there are so many other choices. It took a while to get my money back. When waiting for about 2 week's for mom's bed to finally arrive. Part of the frame is broken. We went up to the store and tried to explain the problem but the worker didn't understand anything that I described. Why aren't they required to know for helping customers with the entire product? Instead of just the mattress?! So know what your working out there people!!! Be careful!!!
The staff was very friendly and the store was very clean. Social distancing and mask were well utilized. The Sales Rep who answered the phone when I called was very polite as was the Rep, Brad, who waited on me. We left very happy with a wonderful mattress at an excellent price.
