The gentleman behind the counter was kind when I came in however I was told that my new battery was too large for my work laptop however that was not true. When I got home, I noticed one of my laptop screws was missing as well but I wasn’t going to go back for one, tiny screw. I decided to do it myself with guidance from my IT team via FaceTime and was able to install the battery. My laptop worked perfectly fine and saved myself some money. I don’t recommend for laptop repairs.
They were very helpful when I couldn't find ANYone else who would repair a Motorola phone. They not only repaired it, but for less than the quote. They gave above and beyond service including giving me extra free stuff when they in turn got it when they ordered the new part. I'm very happy with the services given me and my phone! Great price if you need a repair rather than a new phone; very honest people.
