Terrible services when customer asks for iPhone and they get Another then when they go to return with receipts “oh that was upgrade, you can’t return” an “upgrade” means just that, not cool!!!! 122nd and Division who is supposed to be the main manager never calls back, could not care less we are stuck with a phone that didn’t want.

Scammed my elderly mother in law who payed her phone bill in cash and her service got shut off a week later. They said prove it where’s your receipt to a 60 year old woman. If you need to pay your bill go to a different one
