If I could give them 0 stars I would. Most unhelpful and rude employee ive met. Refused to help us even though we had all the proper information and when he ran out of answers told us to stop paying the bill? What happened to customer retention. Shame I wasn't able to get his name. Very thankful for the customer service representative John Ryan who got our account squared away with little to no issue over the phone after dealing with this clown at the store. Do yourself a favor and take the extra drive to a location who wants to help and actually knows what they are doing.
It was terrible. They didn't have my screen protector. So they sent me to another store. That was supposed to have it. But they didn't. So they called another store. They said they had it. But i will call there before i go. Not to happy.
I love ther service, they were covid protective about everything and they are happy workers and always going above and beyond for their customers
You don't even realize how long it's been til you're done because they're great at keeping you occupied.nnAmazing staff, great selection, and if they don't have what you need they almost always have some sort of compromise.
Outstanding service. I had a Bad choice in phone insurance. Be sure you select the right phone service. The cheapest phone service is not always the best or cheapest in the long run.
