came in trying to upgrade my phone, one of the girls acted like she didn’t know what I was talking about she ended up “filling” out my application sorta had an attitude took about thirty mins to tell me that she couldn’t proceed with my upgrade cause it wouldn’t go through..with no explanation?

Got a phone new customer and didn't like the phone did not have the features that I needed so I went to return it 2 days later I factory reset it right before I went in and they said I don't qualify for the return because I factory reset it they would not honor the metro promise so I left and csld metro and the said that I can that they have to return it and can factory reset it so I walked to other metro and got the notes and instuction printed out to bring back to the store and on the way back I dropped my phone now I can't return it in m out 165.50$ because employee didn't know how or want to do her job and both employee lied to me and said she was manager manager don't have dark purple shirts and don't work on Sundays I do not recamend anyone else going here
