Outrageous Audio

My name is Sam, I'm the owner of a 2013 Dodge Charger and I am just incredibly satisfied with Outrageous Audio. Just finished paying off my car and wanted to upgrade my sound and Jorge took excellent care of me. He found me amazingly affordable items and everything was done in a timely and professional manner. I can't even begin to express how much I love the new sound!! 10/10 if there were more stars, I'd give them.

Peter was great and helped me with some options I was looking to do to potentially update my stereo. On a side note I made my first purchase from Outrageous about 30 years ago and have not been back since, not due to being unhappy just did not have the need. They still have the small town feel and you still see the owner in the store. I will back this weekend to have a new Kenwood deck put in and they did a great job installing my remote start in my truck!

Jorge has AAA+++ customer service was number one! Thank you Jorge for lunch it was awesome food! Spent about $2500 for an incredible system and I am a happy customer!!! These guys are super friendly, helpful and know how to treat their customers which is a rare these days. Now I know why Outrageous Audio has been in business for over 25 years! Can I give more than 5 stars? If I could I would, to say that I am a happy/satisfied customer would be an understatement. I have loved car audio since I can remember and have built and installed some of my own systems on my older cars. However with my beautiful new ride I didn't want to take the chance and with all the new electronics it has become increasingly more difficult and risky. I figured it was time to let the pros handle this one. I did my research and it ultimately led me to Outrageous Audio. I had my concerns that I wanted addressed as I was VERY specific with what I wanted. I started with Jorge who provided excellent customer service as advertised, he packaged me out with exactly what I would need in a system to meet my goals (nothing more, nothing less).nnNow on to the technical side he introduced me to my installer Brian, I had a lot of questions, talking points and things I wanted addressed, but I couldn't believe it after I told him what I wanted out of the system it was like he was reading my mind, he addressed every single question, talking point and concern I had without even having to asked, I was very impressed. They even worked with me on the price where they could.nnSince it was a larger project we scheduled an install date, but Brian was great at fitting me in just a couple days later. I dropped the vehicle of as scheduled and came back later that day super excited to hear my new system. Within seconds of hearing it I was lost for words. The sound quality OH MY GOD the sound quality was unbelievable, it was like I was hearing these tracks I had listened to many times for the first time. The system install was magnificent from the super clean install (you can't even tell its there until you turn that baby on) to the amazing tune he did. I am extremely impressed.nnI am now a CUSTOMER FOR LIFE...nnThank you so much Brian and Jorge!!!

Great deals, and friendly staff, I'm impressed ud83dudc4c one day I miss read there open time, and when I pulled up they were not open, only one of the owners not even a staff member in site just blane I think is his name, he was setting up let me know i was an hour early, but he didn't make me sit outside for an hour. I knew what I wanted so he took care of me and I appreciated it now day's not many would do that thanks again Jeremy
