I had bought a screen protector on January 9, 2019.nIt did not last 2 weeks.nCalled store spoke to Tony I was treated rudely and could tell he quickly wanted to end the call.nAsked for a manager, Tony stated he was the manager.nAsk to speak with his manager, Tony flatly said I will not give you that information. I said I have the right to know if I have a complaint, Tony said again, he would not give me his managers name.nnI have now been forced to called the corporate office to make a complaint. I’am sure other stores are the same.nnI would beware about products purchased. If Tony has no interest of the customers. He only care about the money and the loss of his possible commissions.nnAny of you that have no problems with Sprint consider yourself lucky and you will never have to return anything.
3 employees behind the counter, 3 customer waiting and 1 customer was being serviced at a time. This location doesn't have accessories for all the phones they sell which is a bummer because that should be standard especially if you are getting it for a teenager who will eventually drop their phone. Apparently, once the rep picks a phone number for a new line it cannot be changed even if you wanted it to be changed 5 seconds later. No wiggle room. I still choose the Sprint store in clackamas mall as the best location so far but this was a last minute decision to add a line.
