Had a very good experience the first time we went to this location. I am very hard on my phone so I got insurance. I totally understand the 100 dollar deductible but the upsaled the screen protector saying that if it broke with that protector it was completely covered. Also I originally wanted the otter box defender series but they were out of stock that day. He told me that the one they had was fantastic and that it was adequate to keeping my phone safe. My phone litterally fell 2 ft and broke. My wife went in to replace it and they charged us 100 bucks and didnt come through with what we were guaranteed. Thanks for not honoring what you sold us Patrick. Guess verison is our next move. Sad we have been with T-Mobile a long time.
Been a loyal 13yr customer, every time I deal with this Tmobile they are super unprofessional, they've told me 3 different stories just trying to upgrade to a new phone! I will be canceling my tmobile service immediately!! There's got to be better out there, this it's ridiculous!
