The manager was rude, but clerk was helpful and kind.

I used to love shopping here. But for the past year it feels like they aren't the same. I can't find preemie clothes here any more. Shirts for my boys are the same as they were 2 years ago. There used to be a good selection. Now they are always the same print on them.nThe staff are always nice and friendly. The store is kept pretty clean. The clothes just seem like they aren't as diverse as they used to be. I hardly ever walk out with anything I went in for clothing wise.

Things were ok, not very clean or well stocked.nnFour workers were up by the registers, but only one checker. 12 people in line. This has happened multiple times to me at this store.nnI would choose a different Ross, personally and often do.nnWent in for a quick leash and dog collar for my pup who was getting a groom. They usually have a great pet aisle. They had several leashes to choose from and not one collar. Ended up having to go to another store...nnBummer...

I love Ross, i can always find a few great items to match my unique style. And I really like the affordable home decor.

Customer Service? If you are looking to get the most outrageous service and employees of a public store that do not care about the customers and I mean that in the literal sense! Today I was pedaling by the Ross on 162 and SE Division St, in Portland, OR. So I am coming in and looking for a bike rack to lock up my bike as it was already dark, so long story short I didn’t find the bike rack outside as I had learned little later I shouldn’t have been looking cause they don’t have one period! As I walked in to the doors of the ROSS I thought I can leave the bike right there in the little hallway that separates the main store from the street and works for the shopping cart parking anyhow it was definitely better than leaving it outside, when this employee that I thought was in charge? She literally ran out and physically almost jumped on me now remember folks that is the customer service I get because I am a paying customer and is just looking to keep my bike safe for 10 minutes while I’m buying something from ROSS , so she started physically grabbing my bike and has damaged my bike since I had locked it up with a ulock by setting it up with the bike frame and the rear wheel and she had grabbed it and started to manhandle it at which point the spokes on the wheel got caught in the lock and got bent out resulting in my rear wheel being bent out of shape so now not only did I get the worst service in the country but I also got my property damaged and I mean my bike that is my only transportation!
