Excellent, detailed communication throughout the whole process, even a week AFTER they got me moved, he was still answering questions. Will DEFINITELY recommend them to anyone looking for this service and will use them next time I move... get ready for more stairs guys :)

Very professional, responsive and did an awesome job moving us local. Owner kept in close contact the days prior to move and even was able to come earlier than originally scheduled because closing on our new house was completed quicker than was expected. I recommend this company 100% for all your moving needs.

Never had a worse experience in moving than I did with Phoenix Moving LLC! Moving is stressful enough, but when it is exacerbated by a team of individuals who apparently do not know how to run a business, it makes the situation almost intolerable. I warn anyone considering this company to look elsewhere for their move as no one should have endured what I did!!!!nnI was quoted a rate of $115/hour for TWO MEN to load and unload my home with a move ~2 miles away; a one-story house going into a ground floor apartment. As everything was already packed and staged in a way which “made their jobs easier” (according to one of the movers), I was contemplating no more than 4-5 hours from beginning to end of move. NINE AND A HALF HOURS LATER…..my furniture and boxes were finally in my new residence but not without me assisting in unloading. What I actually paid for was 1-1/2 men as one of the movers spent a majority of the time standing around, stretching, playing music, and basically watching the other mover do all the work. This seemed to be an on-going problem with this individual as noted by not only David Kort who was working on-site, but also by Noah Johnson, owner of Phoenix Moving. It wasn’t until I sent a text to Noah ~5 hours into the job that the status of the move needed immediate remedy that Noah indicated, via text, this individual was “reprimanded and on his final strike.” In other words, Noah and David knew that they had an individual “working” for them who should not have been and I wound up paying for it. The only positive I can say is that my bill did reflect a discount of hours as it was apparent to all that to be charged for all 9-1/2 hours was not prudent on their part.nnConversing with David during the move made it apparent that this company has a lot to learn about running a business. There are significant personnel issues that are not being dealt with and the frustration is evident by those that do the actual work. Add insult to injury were the follow-up text messages and phone calls I received from Noah after the move was complete. His harassing tone, yelling at me on the phone, and follow-up text messages were not only unprofessional, but left me feeling that no one should ever have to experience what I did.

Phoenix saved me after another moving company (I won’t say which one but the mascot for UA is in the nsme) left me high and dry. They immediately came and unloaded everything that I had within 30 minutes notice, and did it in under an hour. They are very professional, they pack your things well where you don’t have to worry about furniture getting scratched, they do not charge you for any breaks they take (which is maybe a cigarette every hour… Minimum), and are overall great movers. I have used them twice in the past 30 days moving from Oklahoma to Arkansas, and then from my sons house to my rent house. I promise you when I buy my forever home, they will be the ones I use. If I could give them 10 stars I would!

Noah is fantastic! He was quick to respond with all of my questions and was super efficient. He took great care of my things during the move. The price was super affordable. I would 100% hire him and his team again.
