Excellent service! Very satisfied with their professionalism.
will not ever use pods again. Im still being billed for containers that were picked up. And when I try calling to get the charges removed .... No one knows anything.... tried calling the local number and no one will answer or call back. No star rating !
They charge way too much to women who want their services.nI had a man call after I did and make the same exact request every detail the same. They quoted him a third less than they did me.
BEWARE!! PODS has taken my money and they have not picked up/delivered the 16 foot container that is a part of my order. They refuse to place notes on the account for the multiple calls we have made attempting to get this resolved. Every time we call, they say there is no record of the previous call and they place the blame on the franchisee. They even refused to let us speak to a supervisor or to give us the information for one. Thousands and thousands of dollars lost.
The POD driver packed into our new brick mailbox. The damage is $350. The driver and manager both said they would take care of it. A month later they are no returning calls. POD headquarters has done nothing.nThe person who is suppose to be my customer service advocate only advocates for Pods.nIn addition to the damages they over charged in $475.00. the only way I get that is if I sign away any rights on other claims.nnEvery wonder why pods doesn't have a lot of bad reviews. Well the reason is they will only settle a claim if you agree to not says anything bad...and removed anything you already said.nnThat sounds like a very dishonest company.nnIn short they owe me almost $800.00. I truly believe it is more. However they will not share the recording without a court order. What are they hiding. Why are they afraid of.nnI am ready to take them to court. I know I will win. They will end up paying more.
