What are your intentions of repairing or removing the concrete light pole base in your parking lot? That thing did $3k worth of damage to my truck because it wasn't visible from the driver's seat. I got nothing for support from Uhaul for this. Is it there so you can let a customer hit it then charge them for repairs or replacement of a truck? I find it extremely irresponsible to leave an obstruction in an area that is prone to traffic by large vehicles. I find it even more offensive that you have avoided the responsibility and blamed me for the damages. Especially when it has been hit by multiple customers (confirmed by an attendant at the facility and multiple colors of paint scratched on it). This means there has been no intention to make you parking lot safe for business and traffic.nSo, would I recommend your business to anyone? Hell no and I will see to it that everyone I know does the same via every social media available.

Unreliable Customer ServicennI dropped off my vehicle at 9am to have a hitch receiver installed. The guy working was friendly and said that I was his first appointment of the day because the others didn’t show up. He explained that the install would take 1.5 hours and that he would start as soon as he finished cleaning a truck that had been returned. (So 10:30-11:00 to be finished).nnI returned to pick up my vehicle at 3:15 and it’s sitting on the lift. I went inside and asked the girl behind the counter if she could see how long until it was finished. I figured I could just wait around and my wife could go back to work since I had to get a ride to pick it up. The worker comes back and says it will be done in about an hour. I’m irritated and said that it was an hour and a half at 9 this morning. She replies, we have other customers sir. Well not for long with service like this!

I had 3 transactions with this place: Return a truck after moving from out of state, rent storage for a couple months, and rent a local truck to empty the storage bin. In all cases the service was professional and efficient.

Skyler Zaage is more than unprofessional. Her actions are deplorable. She was informed that I contacted her district manager for her lack of professionalism and slanderous behavior towards me on social media so she offered to pee for me... and to let me watch. I don’t feel safe coming to U-Haul, especially with a bully as a general manager. Imagine bullying someone for adopting out their child over two years ago. I’m hesitant to even give the company my personal information because it’s obvious Skyler would use it to her advantage or air it online for personal gain. Be careful who you give your information to! The company has lost my business and my entire families. See their Facebook page for screenshots of how she talks to customers. Imagine having this much disrespect and hate towards a military family.

Can I give this place 6 stars? Come on now! Skylar and her crew are superstars ⭐ufe0f! They make renting and returning super easy and always really kind. My favorite Uhaul place!! Keep crushing your customer service!!
