I am a driver for DSI. I absolutely can say that in this company everyone is treated equal all the way from the office straight to the driver your known by your name not a number my dispatcher Melissa has went well beyond her means to make sure her drivers are taking care of I thank Melissa all the time for all that she and the company has done for me. They dont babysit here so if your looking for that then this job isnt for you I am one who doesnt need somebody looking over my shoulder all the time and nagging at me I really couldnt ask for a better company to work for all they ask for is deliver your loads on time and do the best you can. Thank you DSI for giving me the opportunity to work with such great people that you all are!!!

Great company to work for any time i need off i just let them know and the people are driver and family oriented. Its a refreshing change pf pace.
