I recently had a poor experience with a return. In today’s age of shopping online, I learned that when shipping to store or online and returning to store having your online order confirmation or all of the emails regarding confirmed pick up, etc. is not considered a receipt. I have been spoiled by other retailers where pulling up your order information is sufficient or serves as the receipt. So moving on, ok I am lacking a physical packing slip from my online order so all I can get is a gift card. Well despite the fact that I have all of the order details and information they will not put the same amount of my purchase on the gift card, only the amount of the current price which was quite a bit more discounted than my original purchase. I don’t understand why when I had a way to prove the amount I purchased the items for I was given only 3/4 of my money back on a gift card. Needless to say, my online purchases from them will end. I still like in store shopping with them, but it will mean they lose some of my business as a result of no longer shopping their online storefront.

I went to this location to pick up a picture for a friend. She had ordered it and then had some family issues come up. When I went the time to pick it up had passed. They had put the picture out to sell. The employees were so nice and helpful and got everything sorted out for me. I had never been to this store before, but after my pleasant experience I will be visiting it again. I would highly recommend going here if your decorating your home or just want something that looks nice for your mantel.
