I always thought that Metro Appliance would be too expensive. After shopping around, I found the best selection and prices for a refrigerator at Metro. The salesman, Matt, was very helpful and spent a good amount of time helping me. Delivery and set up was a good experience too. When I need another appliance, I will definitely go to Metro.

Quick service. We were able to go in and get what we wanted and had it loaded up in no time practically. Polite and helpful people working there.

I do not normally leave reviews but I didn’t think it was fair to not take the time to show my appreciation for y’all being so wonderful. I had gone into Metro Appliances & More while looking for a new washer and dryer. We got our house under contract 3 days before moving and they wanted the appliances so I was in a crunch. Between covid, hurricanes and wild fires I knew things were behind but had made up my mind about the brand I wanted and was having a hard time finding it anywhere in town. Metro told me it was really an unknown about when they would get more dryers from the manufacturer, so when I was told by Lowe’s that they could get me the washer and dryer I wanted in 2 weeks I accepted the fact it was the quickest option. Fast forward to 2 weeks and I called Lowe’s every day for 4 days from the day it was to be delivered and they kept telling me it would get delivered the next day. Finally, on the 5th day, Friday, someone finally told me that the washer was in but the dryer would be back ordered until end of DECEMBER! I canceled my order and called metro. With 2 virtual students getting to the store wasn’t going to be a quick option so Shelby was amazing and sent me info on similar washer/dryer options of the one I had previously ordered, answered 1 million questions, took payment over the phone and schedule the deliver for that coming Monday, which is Today! I got a delivery call which said they were about 15 minutes out, came and set it all up and just started my first load. I am a loyal customer and will be back! Thank you for your honesty in regards to the delay on the first brand, thank you for being so knowledgeable that you could provide me with another similar option that you had in stock and for delivering it quickly. This mom appreciates you very much!
