I recommend this community that this company has many lair including the manager. Guys, if I were you, I won’t buy anything from this company cause the employees and the manager were lying on the items that I was supposed to buy from them. Castle Rental please don’t lie to your customer cause you’re gonna ended up in jail. A bed frame and a furniture(Drower) cause they cost $500 the same amount? That’s unprofessional. Please stop lying to your customer. Also they lady there has long hair? She is a liar and unprofessional. She need more honesty and not making up story on the things that I knew they weren’t same cost when I first started to buy those items.
We had a sales rep who introduced himself as Juan He made the whole experience uneasy and uncomfortable. Do not recommend ever going to this store because of so. Worst experience ever.

Poor customer service from their sales rep. Came in on a thursday. The sale rep Juan was very rude and unhelpful.
On the rent to own side, I personally have almost my whole house from here and the items were covered a year after they got paid off! I also got the best rate for my pawns here! Definately by fat the only pawn/ rent to own place I'd go to. If you don't come here your missing out!
