Blake and his manager really care about customers and are among the last practitioners of true customer service. Blake set up my family to switch from a competitor and we are so glad we did. We have been traveling across country, and when we had a problem with our account set up and billing, Blake took care of everything—even though I was thousands of miles away. He will be honest with you and will do everything in his power—and his manager’s power—to make you satisfied. I recommend doing business with Blake; you won’t regret it.
Josh L. went above and beyond to help me with our account issues. This review is for Josh and Brian (Walton store), not Sprint itself. They were very helpful and kind - not pushy on sales. Sprint should promote them both (or AT&T should hire them)!! I would gladly do business with either of them again.

Horrible customer service. Got there at 1:00 pm and left at 2:38. Waste our time and no phone or service because their system kept going down. Just horrible
