This is an amazing small business! They worked fast and had my laptop fixed in under 24 hours! Amazing customer service too, Preston was very friendly and patient. Digital Mechanics also has some of the best pricing in the area, if I had gone to someone like geek squad I would’ve had to pay hundreds of dollars more. When I had an issue after getting my computer back, I was helped immediately with no additional cost.nnOverall I had an amazing experience, I can’t wait to see this business grow and I will definitely recommending Digital Mechanics to others!
Verizon wireless really screwed me over and without Preston and Daniel’s help, I’d be in bad shape. They were quick, efficient and beyond professional! Prices are reasonable and they are easy to work with. Will definitely be back for any repair needs.
My phone screen was broken and I needed it fixed sooner than other businesses allowed. These guys arranged to pick my phone up when I was at work and bring it back to me before my day ended. They were super nice, flexible to work with and affordable. I will be using them again!
My Ipad is about 10 years old. I wasn't able to turn it on, because I had forgot my password. I didn't remember the original password or email account it was set up under. They figured it out in about 15 minutes. Now I can use my Ipad again.
