I’ve been in and purchased from Simply Mac a few times now. They are always very nice, knowledge and patient. On my last visit I needed a warranty service for my MacBook. They offered an appointment option which allowed me to hang on to my device until they were ready to repair. They take the time to understand what the customer needs and deliver on it. Highly recommend Simply Mac.

These guys were life savers a couple years ago. My computer ended up crashing and wasn't able to be salvaged, but I came here and they set me up with a laptop, refurbished, that was perfect for what I was needing. They didn't pressure me to buy something new just because it was new, but helped me see what the best options were with my budget. It's still working wonderfully!
