Went to the store today to get a new phone (the one plus 8) and not once did I feel like they tried to upsell me to a more expensive phone or sell me some service or accessories that I did not need.nnStaff was very friendly, helpful, and quick to take care of what I went in for.nnEnded up upgrading not one but two phones to the OnePlus 8 due to being very happy with this brand and the service I've gotten from T-Mobile in the last 4 yearsnn-Stephen P

Horrible Customer Service! I was ignored for 30 min and was not helped at all, I Eventually had to walk out.

Switched to T-Mobile back in the summer. Manager Jason seemed very nice and accommodating, months later we have found that he lied to us about almost everything. From the reception we would have where we live, to how much we would pay per month, to our phones compatabilty with 5G service. Yes we should have done more of our own research, but that does not excuse the absolute outright blatant lies that spewed from that man’s mouth. I would not recommend T-Mobile to anyone, and certainly not this store!
