Walmart Pharmacy

I wish there was a way to rate it a 0. They are ALWAYS slow. Went back there today after switching to Harps because I failed to tell a walk in clinic of the pharmacy change. We waited anConsiderable amount of time before even heading up there. Then when we got there she was very rude and proceeded to tell us it would be another 20 minutes. I advise if you want something faster to visit somewhere else. The Harps in Lowell is great.

Terrible customer service. They forgot to fill my prescription and then expected me to pay the cash difference because of an insurance timing issue. The manager is extremely uncouth and rude. She advised me to stop taking my birth control for a month because her pharmacy messed up my schedule and proceeded to toss my prescription in the drawer without addressing me or letting me know I was okay to leave. I would recommend going to CVS or Walgreens as this is not my first issue with Walmart Pharmacy. Their text reminders are inconsistent and oftentimes don’t occur. I wish there was a “0/5 star” option for the manager’s lack of customer service and basic human decency.

They go above and beyond to take care of you here. Best pharmacy around, hands down. Steven was especially helpful.
