Walmart Pharmacy

My prescription was ready quickly, my calls were answered and any questions I had were answered quickly and clearly (cost, other options, uses, etc) and the doctor was there to explain the medicine without any wait. The pharmacist checking us out (I believe their name was Angel) was very helpful and a lifesaver! He found us resources for our prescription, was one of the most kind and helpful employees I’ve ever interacted with. So helpful since I have a serious condition and needed the prescription, I’ll be using Wal-Mart pharmacy for everything. Really positive pharmacy experience! I hope that worker gets a customer service award!

I’ve been using this pharmacy for years! Have never really had any issues, especially recently. They often have my prescriptions ready for me earlier than the time they give me when I’m requesting a refill. They have always had them ready after an appointment where I can drive straight from the doctors office to them. A lot of the staff members have been working there for years so there are some familiar faces. Sometimes there are long lines but that doesn’t really have anything to do with them as everyone just happens to show up at once sometimes. They text you when your prescriptions are ready so I haven’t had to wait at all in a very long time but when I did have to wait, I’d just grab my groceries and it would be ready for me on the way out. I think they’re doing a great job!

I’m surprised this pharmacy has low reviews! I frequent regularly and the staff is always so friendly. They are super quick even when the line is really long and they also offer to scan/check out other items for you if needed. I have never had an issue with staff or overall efficiency here.

This is the worst experience I have ever had filling a prescription, and I will never go back. First, they won’t honor the Good Rx price. Then the prescription is going to cost more than my usual pharmacy unless they order generic. They later leave a voicemail with no information, and when I call back the person has no idea why I was called but assured me the prescription will be filled. When I go to pick it up, I am told they cannot get the generic and I will need to wait to have the prescription filled. After waiting 15 minutes, I had to leave for an appointment without my medicine.
