I won't ever purchase anything from here again! I was supposed to be enrolled in autopay and it never happened. 2 months later and I get a call from another company saying I owe $134. Their stories didn't match up, and now I'm going to be paying even more because of the ladies lies. Not impressed.
Ordered a futon last weekend online for my dad and it was ready so fast! The people were so nice to him and helped him put the futon in his truck! Great place!
My wife and I went to FFO a couple weeks ago to buy a new mattress and bed frame. Dason was the guy who helped us and he was very helpful! Showed us all the beds they have and bed frames and helped us with our picky wants (Platform bed with space underneath). We were in and out within an hour and got exactly what we wanted. Our sleep had improved so much and we aren’t waking up tired and sore anymore. Great place to buy furniture and great prices!!
Very good experience very knowledgeable people, not only that the prices were quite a bit less then Ashley's and a better product with a better guarantee. A big Plus in the experience for me was the fellas knew how to fish and that's a big plus any time with me. Also salespeople acted like they genuinely wanted to help you find what you were looking for unlike my experience at Lowe's and their cabinet department 20 minutes earlier.
Girls in there was so nice. They were all very helpful. We bought a couch from this young man that we forgot his name. He was so helpful and so nice! Went back the next day to purchase the couch. Donna and Debbie were so nice and very helpful .. they raised hubbys limit so he got approved for more. Dangerous ud83dude02 Very clean place and very helpful
