AT&T Store

Great customer service! Answered all of my questions and then some! Definitely going to this store from now on!

Last week I went into the Siloam Springs AT&T store and George helped me out! He was fantastic. He was eager to help me find a new phone that would work for me and my wallet. He got me a great deal and helped me even save some money. He set me up with the IPhone 11 with some cool accessories and even talked me into purchasing a pair of air pods. I have always had a very easy experience when I go into this store.

Luke was the most amazing sells rep I have ever worked with. He help us select a phone that met our needs and set it up. He was willing to go above and beyond to help us. I was stressed going in thinking I was going to loss everything on my phone and left with everything being save. He was patient as we worked to get by phone to charge enough to may this all happen. All sells people should take lessons from him.

The customer service at this store is absolutely amazing! Anthony went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my new accounts. Thank you!

I purchased an I phone 11 from Apple and the associate I spoke with when I called to make an appointment to get my phone set up, she rudely said if I didn't purchase phone from their store then they won't set up the phone for me because I'm a prepaid customer. That's odd because I purchased a Google phone from purchasing power three years ago and took it in and they set it up for me. This associate is uncaring, rude and gives ATAnd T a bad name. I will move my business elsewhere.
