Stayed here for quarantine. The bathtub was janky. Didn't allow deliveries. The staff were funny and kind though. The food was bad but room service was alright. Decent view but I never want to stay at a moung thanh branded place againnnKept getting non-vegan stuff even if vegan was written on the paper next to the plate.

There is far from central tourist area, for example Hoan Kiem Lake. But room has nice bed and facilities, I could feel relaxing alone.

I have passed there the quarantine time... the service in the room it's quite poor, in two weeks only change towels in the bathroom...first night I have arrived, I took a shower with cold water.. because the hot water not working, when I open the tap of the sink, the water was spraying like a raining, the armchair had a broken leg, the power plug near the bed doesn't working too... a disaster...! if you request somethings from outside, you can pay double or more, and is not correct because we are here for quarantine not for holidays time, and we have no choice to go buy by our self, isn't allowed so whatever you will request from them you will pay double, this service is truly expensive. I agree that the price should be added by service cost but not more than double!. The foods are the same every day, never change, chicken salad and mushroom, and in small portions...what else for 14 days of luxury jail..?

Hotel use for quarantine now,stuff of hotel knows English very bad,than many misunderstanding,but friendly,big room(12m from door until window),has bath but can’t fill by hot water by 2 reason(small water boiler,broken funnel),has TV with 100 channels(only ~5 English),wifi slow(especially near window)nNo cleaned filter of air conditioner d room not has ventilation
