Reception looks ok, but the room was very rundown, hot water is not hot but only luke warm. Internet is very poor, daily issues with connectivity. Staff English is not so good.

Great people working here, 3 stars is as the price is Hight for what you get! Location is nice and you have many things around.

The security is trashy! The hotel really needs to upgrade the type of people they employ to work at the doors otherwise bad reviews won’t stop coming and that will prevent clients from coming back. I had a terrible encounter two days ago with the security guys, simply because I was wearing shorts (At least let people know IN ADVANCE that we’re expected to wear formal clothes to get in such a low budgeted place on a Friday night, specially when the website says CASUAL clothes). Have no intentions of coming back to the rooftop bar and will be telling all my friends coming from abroad to do the same, because we’re not having some trifling security guards talk to us like they’re paying us to get in, when in fact we’re the reason they get paid.

I have stayed at the hotel more than once and it is in a good location of Luanda city. It is somewhat modern and has welcoming reception area with good ambiance. The rooms are decent, bathrooms have a bath and hand shower that you can use. Toiletries are minimal and there is no Hairdryer available to use. There is a kettle for 🍵 but no spoon to stir. The hotel breakfast is good and one can request omletes on the day. Some days, there is no butter available because another staff member did not show up for work. Theere is also a small bar area with a TV of you want you relax and have something to drink. Wifi at this hotel is very slow, I was unable to make WhatsApp calls. As an English speaker, I would have appreciated more staff to be able to speak some English in order to better understand my needs. Overall, my stay there has not been very bad and I would book this hotel again in future.

Nice place but this kind of security guys outside the main door is trashy and not well educated... Very embarrassing
