Visited Myer Chadstone after 8 years as was living interstate. Nothing much has changed.nnThe Lady who served at the Ladies' shoe section was very helpful. She didn't charge me 15 cents for the plastic bag .. as I forgot to bring my own.nnHowever there were no sales person at the Ladies coat section. Finally after choosing a coat it was a hard task to find an open counter to pay for the purchase!!

Son and i went to look for my son’s suit and happy we went to Chadstone. We found what we wanted. That lady staff was so helpful. The place is so organized, neat and clean. Will always come back here.

Forced to pay $2 for a re-usable bag when I bought a dress, but one week later when making a purchase I was offered a plastic bag for 15c, and yesterday my purchase was put in a bag with no request to pay for it. It appears that whether or not you have to pay for a bag depends on who serves you.nnThat is of course if you can actually get anyone to serve you. I'm sick of the lack of staff in Myers and the assistants who act like they are doing you a favour by actually doing their job. Their returns policy is really poor, and there no longer seems to be any incentive to actually walk through the door now.

Probably the best Myer store in Australia!nGreat customer service and unbelievable choice of goods to purchase.nnIt was refreshing that the staff didn’t try and sell me a credit card like that other major department store .

Good. I was able to get assistance to find what I was looking for and another to bring a different size onto the fitting room. A nice coffee nook inside the store also for a drink after shopping
