Flooring pricing is better than some of the competitors but low cost competitors provide better value.nEDIT: After initial bad experience with one of the staff, Manager Mr. Tanveer sorted out issues, updating review because of the excellent conduct from him. Very courteous and helpful.

We've ordered couple of couch and it's been six months and not yet delivered. No one bothered to give us an update if we don't go to their shop or call them. I will never buy again on this store.

If possible, buy directly from manufacturers for easy warranty issues claim.nnI bought Google pixel from Online Harvey Norman, having issues after some time. Contacted Harvey Norman support team, says we can take your phone and will send to Google to fix. It will wait around 2 weeks. So I will be without my phone for 2 weeks.nnHowever I contacted Google and says, as you didn’t buy from us directly, we can send you loan phone first, once you receive it. Send your faulted phone to us we will fix and will send you back.nnAlso Google CS says if you would have buy from us, we could replace or refund same time.nnSo why would I buy Harvey Norman next time? never.nn—————nThis is reply to below message as there is no way to reply directly. I did contact nearest Harvey Norman store, after waiting couple of weeks, I am still with my faulty phone.nnI would recommend people to check warranty claims before buying from 3rd parties (such as Harvey Norman). And try to get directly from manufacturers.

Went to buy a table and 8 Dining chairs priced at 3498, only wanted 6 chairs the girl said she would talk to the manager and get a better price. Came back and said the table will be 1999 and the chairs 249 each for 6. I asked if she was joking. The manager stood there while l said you’re insulting my intelligence. Do l look stupid? And left!

worst customer service ever...ndo not trust harvey norman, I do not recommend anyone to buy from sunshine, but not sure of other stores, they've stole my money $170nI will never go to that store again. They will never speak the truth
