We are locals and have used the spar for over 6 years but ever since they came under new ownership the quality of everything there has seriously gone down.nnWe bought some medium grain rice and there were cobwebs inside and 2 moths flew out. We took it back to the store and the man refused to do anything about it. No refund, nothing replaced. Nothing. Really disappointed and disgusted.

Reasonable selection of basics and junk food as you would expect with helpful staff and its lovely and cool inside.
