Went to Harvey Norman today with my daughter who needed a new computer. Sales assistant Joe was exceptional. His service and knowledge were so refreshing after first going to Office Works and the Good Guys. Service was non existent at both these places and the way they spoke to us was disgusting. So glad we found Joe. We now know where to go in future!! Thank you Joe for restoring our faith in customer service. Well done!!na

The good guys sold a product I wanted at $35. The best they could do was $34. Went to Harvey Norman and told the guy that the good guys are selling this at $35 & you guys are selling it for the same price. Can you give me a better deal? The sales person said he can match the price of the good guys!?! Hello, they are both already matched! Don't know why I bothered coming to this store.

Not normally my favourite place to shop for electronics. However today was an exception, I went to The Good Guys for a bench top oven, not only I could not get any help from any of the sale person the pricing was not as competitive as I thought. The service at Harvey Norman was top notch, I was not rushed the lady explained between the different brands and models. Even helped me to carry out to the car as my little one fallen asleep in my arms. $50 different between the two shop for the same items.
