The electrical side is fantastic, we have always gone here for our purchases. We have brought all of our TV's, tech and more as the team are great with prices and more importantly their exceptional customer service. When it comes to electrical I don't go anywhere else. The staff member that looked after me was knowledgeable, helpful to work out which option was better for me and answered my questions in an easy to understand way. During collection from the back, I was impressed how carefully it was loaded into my vehicle

They answered all our questions. Didn't beat about the bush when asked for prices on the furniture we was enquiring about. Friendly staff especially in the bedding and lounge suite sections. Thanks guys

Wouldn't exchange a product because it was purchased from another store. Such a ridiculous reason because its a franchise, was not a refund just a swap of product. Now have to drive 45 min to that particular store. Manager wouldn't come out and speak to us, just told the team member to tell us. Ridiculous service. I have been a manager in retail for many years and you need to come up with better solutions for customers.
