Harvey Norman Moss Vale

Not shopping with this store any more, I had a very bad experience and very poor service. As well my TV cabinet been scratchednnBought a large TV and a dryer to be delivered together. We paid the normal delivery fee to cover both items. They arrived and the men first removed the dryer from its box and packaging and carried it to the laundry and set it in place and connected it to the power. Then they brought the TV inside in its box and started to leave. We asked for assistance in removing it from the packaging and place it on the TV cabinet. They said they could not do anything to help. Eventually we persuaded one man to help with this and he helped to put it on the legs provided. Why is a dryer installed ready for use but a TV in the same delivery is left in the box for the customer to cope with?nnA very poor service experience from a company which should treat its customers better. From this experience we can not recommend Moss Vale Harvey Norman, or at least its electrical department, to anyone in this area.

Had a problem with a new Panasonic TV purchased well over 12 months ago from Harvey Norman Moss Vale. Paul F from the AV department came to our house in Robertson after work and managed to solve the issue. This was way above and beyond his duty. Would highly recommend Paul to anyone looking to buy AV gear.
