Absolutely incredible service, Matt was extremely kind and helpful. We were waiting for credit from a computer that had hardware issues, he and held the computer we wanted until it came through when they were low on them. He even invoiced it with the sale!

We have shopped here few times and each time we have had a pleasant and positive experience. Not the biggest Harvey Norman but they do have a good range of furniture and appliances.
