Service was great. Would highly recommend their online enquiry feature, they will call you and sort out any issues you're having. I had a specific issue about the pricing of an item and it was resolved, I went to the store and mentioned the enquiry and the staff member knew exactly what I was asking about (her manager apparently briefed all the staff members). In and out in 5 minutes. Would definitely recommend this store.

What you might expect. Staff are helpful, when you can find one that is free which last time I was there was a little too long.nThey do have a wide variety of goods and is walking distance to many other stores.nMuch better than trying to buy your electronics at Chadstone Shopping Centre.

I would like to thank Harvey Norman for their courtesy and consideration.As my old TV had a blacked out screen I recently bought a new TV with plenty of help from delightful salesman,nOn returning home my daughter in law checked problems on google and found that my great grandson had turned the energy saver button to maximum blanking out the screen.nAs we rectified it we phoned and Harvey Norman immediately cancelled the order and made a complete refund. Thank you.
