There are few Kmart that I don't like and this is one of them.nIt's spacious and has a good range of goods that I sometimes cannot find in another closer outlet.nParking is usually easy to find but it was 10 days to Xmas and the place, and the shopping centre overall was packed.nThe goods are arranged in a mirror image to my local Kmart but that's not a big deal. Service is par for this chain which is usually good.

Awful. Click and collect location not well signposted. When I rang the number on the sign it was disconnected. I rang the store and no-one answered. Went to the door and it said push button. There were 2 buttons. It was like some kind of red wire blue wire dilemma. Still no one came. Back to car. Called again. Manager requested and issue resolved. Not the time saving convenience I was hoping for.

What I love about KMart is the clarity of the layout. I found it quite easy to spot the section I needed and select the item I wanted.nThank God for favour such as this because I then had time for a coffee.nI love good quality products, prices and service. Today, I experienced that at KMart Innaloo.

Great place with varieties of choice and easy shopping. I really like the undercover parking even on the top of the shopping center .

I love this Kmart. Sometimes the shelves can be a little empty, but that just shows how popular this Kmart is. It is often busy, so pick the time of day that you go carefully if you are not a fan of crowds, like myself.
