The brushless car wash is pretty good though I don't know how it can apply a protective coat in a matter of seconds with a quick swipe and a rinse by the robotic wand.Tony Miner is right about the manual wash-bay air dryers; they don't dry your car so don't waste your money. The price of OTR's fuel is not as cheap as the independent fuel outlets.

Had a great experience here late one night. Unexpected crisis - the staff member went out their way to help. Makes all the difference.

Quick shop before work and the attendants are usually fast and courteous

Was not impressed with the car wash bay. Low water pressure while using the jet spray. Same issue when i went to use the air dryer...low and slow airflow came out which was hopeless to blow away any water.

Wow .. AVOID... How rude are the staff here .. I got served by an old bold guy today that was calling people winners in a derogatory way .. it's apparently Winner Thursday where everyone's a Winner .. So many Winners. I found it rather Rude and not funny.. But I guess he thought he was getting away with it. AVOID
