Was in store for 10mins & no one came up to serve, sales assistants standing around talking to each other...it doesn't surprise me with Harvey Norman same old

My partner and I went to Harvey Norman, Port Kennedy today and received the best service! We browsed the computer section first and were offered assistance by an extremely friendly gentleman (apologies we didn't get your name), then received outstanding service from Keenan in the kitchen appliances department. Keenan was friendly, knowledgeable and even assisted with carrying our purchases to the car. We'll definitely return - keep up the great work!

Bought a Belling steam combi oven on clearance and thought I was getting a good deal til I paid for an electrician to connect it to find out it has had heating functions disconnected ud83dude21 was not told about this at time of sale and now I have to wait 3 to 4 days before putting my kitchen back together when it could have been done prior to installation and saved me a whole lot of grief . There has been no offer of remuneration or compensation at all , this is not the first major appliance we have bought from this store but it will definitely be the last.nNot happy at all
