Ordered net for granddaughters princess bed to be delivered to Midland. Went to collect told to pick up back dock. Back dock advised have to go to oconnor or Mandurah. We live in Mt Helena

went in branch to purchase and advised the lady it would have to be delivered after 9am. the day before my delivery I was sent a text from their courier company advising my delivery was for the time frame of 6.45am to 9.45am. rang the courier at 10am to explain I cant receive before 9 and they told me it was chosen by Amart and to sort it out with them. rang Amart and they said they would see what they can do but at 4pm the day before delivery I was advised they couldn't do anything. ended up asking for my money back. extremely disappoint and went to 40 winks for my bed frame and got a better frame for less and was thrilled with how I was treated by them. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE THROUGH AMART AGAIN.

Great place, great service, just wish the prices were lower... 😜
