My son recently purchased a bed through this store. My guess is he laid on it for about 5 seconds in the store as when he actually slept on it - found it was far too soft for his large frame. Brendon, who runs the bedding department, was terrific, taking back the mattress, ensuring my son took some real time about choosing the replacement one - and delivering it for a small cost.
