Thanks to Jack we'll be back! I've been on the fence about getting a new phone for a while now. I walked past the front of the store and they had a promo which caught my eye. I went into the store not expecting to actually buy a new phone but thanks to Jack who was patient, really knowledgeable and provided great customer service, I left with a new phone and new connection too. Set up was quick and easy and I felt confident and happy afterwards. If you want service that isn't pushy and you're on the fence about a phone, go in and see him.

Bought the Plaza 2.5 November 2020 in the Duck Egg Blue. Was told it would arrive by Feb which it did, albeit receiving the 3.5. Explained any of the sofas with a chaise were the same price, which is the only reason I’m giving 4 star. Other then that, it’s worthy of 10 star. Decided to keep the 3.5 and just shuffled about to make it fit as this has to be the most comfortable, beautiful sofa I’ve ever owned. Australian made, looks and feels gorgeous. What’s not to love!!!!

Just wish to commend Damon Harvey who helped us with our kitchen and laundry appliances. We were impressed by his excellent product knowledge, lack of sales pressure and he beat all of our best prices to boot. Will come back again if needed and get Damon to assist us.

Disappointing experience, waited forever for service even had to ask a number of time. When finally get to talk to someone they were unable to price match. Online shopping may prove better.
