Checked in via QR code with my family but I forgot my wallet so I sent my 15 year old son to grab it out of the car and told him to meet us at the dog food section.nI then received a call from my son to come to the entrance as he was refused entry. He told me he told the lady at the front that he was with his family and already checked in but was still refused.nI then went to the entrance and my son was standing there like he was some sort of criminal.nI then ushered my son inside ignoring staff trying to ask for the QR check-in that I showed earlier.nFurious with the treatment of my son and will be taking matters further.

Big thumbs up to big w melton. Staff very friendly and helpful even though they didn't have what l was looking for the young man went out back to have a look.nGreat customer service at registers and door. Thank u for a good experience will be back shopping even though not clise to home.

Not a bad store but sometimes the selfserve machines are half closed off , it would be easier for customers if they were open.

Your security guard at the door chased me and baby in a pram at the front of your store and asked me to open up the entire pram nappy bag included and to lift up the baby to make sure i wasnt stealing.nI said no i am not disrupting my sleeping 6week old i said you can see what you see and she then accused me of stealing again !!!nIndian female security guard just so you know which one.nThis is disgustingnnPs i wasnt running outnI walked out casually and was stopped looking up an item online which you did not have in stock
