Guy talked my MIL into a laptop deal that doesn't make sense and leaves her more out of pocket. She's not great at understanding things and I feel like the guy used that to his advantage for a sale. We won't ever be purchasing from here, disrespectful.

Harvey Norman is great but the service at this store is terrible. You mainly get ignored, rarely get a smile and they mostly act as though the customer is a real inconvenience to them. I always have an easy sale for them but even that seems like you're an annoyance just being there. One lady was really helpful once but unfortunately that's a rarity.nI'll still buy there because the products are good quality but a friendly smile would really go a long way!

There was no customer service, when I did ask about an appliance, the man was rude and short with his response, playing with the computer and looking at personal stuff was more important. He said he didn’t have what I wanted in stock, only a dearer version was available. After leaving I went back on the website and was able to click and collect from the same store at Noarlunga.

Kirsty & Libby have been fantastic at helping me select appliances for my wife and I in time for our new kitchen reno. Their overall customer service is second to none and we would quite happily buy from there again. Well done guys !
