Store looks great I stop here alot. The team have improved greatly. Well done

The staff need to check when expired food and milk is still on the shelves so people don't buy it over 10 days out of date

OTR owner needs to manage their stock to the amount of customers visiting the store. Lack of milk supplies,Frozen drink machine rarely working,ice cream machine rarely working,lack of hot food for a 24hr station,false publicity on prepaid phone deals. The lack of service makes things difficult for the staff having to explain that they are waiting on deliveries. Service by staff has been pleasant. To the owner run ur business properly so ur staff don't feel ashamed to have to explain to customers why they can not buy products needed. Hope u take this into account so ur business can run more efficiently.

Using two efpos machines atm. It said it paid but said it didn't on the screen. So they use the original one and said it was paid. Double check you bank statements as i was double charged. Something seems dodgy.

Great service, came because I got free vouchers in the mail. Unfortunately lost a star because the coffee was only redeemable for Cappucino - not latte or Chai... didn't state this on the voucher at all- just said one standard coffee. Service was fantastic though.
