I had a great experience here arranging balloons for my baby reveal. Ash from the party section was just wonderful - really pleasant, happy to help and genuinely interested in ensuring your celebration balloons are achieved - highly recommend!

The staff were so helpful! Not in a Bunnings fake kind of way where everyone asks if you need help even though they don't really care that much, but in a really genuine way.nnWe needed some help looking for a toy that the website said was in stock but wasn't on the shelf. One staff member went above and beyond helping to find them (I didn't catch his name unfortunately) and then another staff member named Andrew jumped in to help.nnReally appreciated the service that was provided today!

I just left the store of Canberra City 0122 after a refund,one of them was clearance reduced which was refused to return due to terms and policies.nI asked a staff member the day I bought it ,showing it to her and said yes if you keep tags and receipts which I did.nLong story short,went today ,the manager said strictly no and when I asked the lady in returns the store manager name she said John, when I asked his last name she started yelling at me and yelling on her chest microphone for the manager to come back again,she walked off the department slamming the door behind her.nOriginally my issue was the no refund,but the staff member ,not the manager,behaviour tops everything, I work in retail,I have never seen anything like this.nPerhaps you should check your staff member temper and I would really like you to have a look at the CCTV to see my behaviour and your staff behaviour.nThank younTransaction detailsnStore 0122 POS 031 TRANS 7134 15:55 31/10/2020

Large Store, well laid out, with plenty of room.nGreat book area, staff were very good, made it through Self Serve quick and easy

Got an affordable birthday present for my little sister here. Very nice big shop + also cheap. Squishmallows are only $10 here!
