David Jones - Canberra Centre

The 4 stars is for the product offering. It's becoming so obvious that it's very much more of the same with little creativity in the fashion industry or product offering. BUT! I haven't experienced staff as helpful as the city DJ's anywhere. Normally the staff from david Jones actively try and avoid you, but the city centre staff are attentive and engaged. If you need to go to David Jones for literally any reason, the product offering is slightly larger than most in Canberra and the staff are just so pleasant to deal with.

No prices on display, testers for wrong perfumes. Very nice and helpful staff though. But not an organized place to shop. Shame

Had a wonderful experience. Two ladies at customer service was very very nice to me. They wrapped my purchase for me very quick and neatly. Great customer service.

Good range if products. Sometimes hard to find staff to serve you

sales staff in the men’s section went above and beyond to help me fix an items display case that was received in bad condition. Thank you to the tall lady with the heels and dark hair! Very friendly and understanding. Top service, thank you for your help. I’ve added before (badly ripped) and after (new looking) pictures
