Very friendly customer service. Well stocked shelves amd easy to navigate.

Big range of goods and the staff are very tolerant of kids riding around the store on their trikes.... The staff are friendly and joke around while staying professional and I appreciate that. I always spend more than I should when I go here.

Good specials, the friendliest staff. The store is always clean too. I always forget how much I love big W untill I am here again looking for a last minute something (usually a kids bday prezzie).

Glass straws they sell make great pipes, so I hear.

Always have a good variety to choose from for all of the family. There is always a long wait at the checkouts. Usually only ONE checkout is ever open. Not good enough!
