Gone downhill. Too expensive for the area. Hardly any staff at the counters. Cut down selection of goods. Go to Sydney cbd if you want to experience shopping at Myer.

It's gone what good is my Myers card now

The lady who served me wasn't to pleased with having to wait whilst the kids picked out one of the toys that were on the counter. There was no one behind us and she wasn't doing anything

I returned a faulty Sony W700b tv that I bought the previous week and the sales lady just put it back on display to sell again.nnI told her that the issue only occurs when the tv displays a dark image but she tested it using the same video that was playing on the other televisions which was a very bright animation which obviously wasn't going to show the fault. She dismissed what I was telling her and just seemed like she couldn't be bothered testing it more thoroughly. Poor customer service.nnI got a refund as it was within the return period but the next person that buys this tv will be paying for a faulty product.
